• Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics and enterprise sales experience.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management bridging tech and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs.
• Act as trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle including renewals.
• Own long-term technical relationship with alignment to product roadmap.
• Lead QBRs translating platform capabilities into ROI for execs.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine tasks and enable strategy.
