Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering on AI/ML products.
2+ years translating workflows into buildable requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams.
Own backlog and sprint delivery, write requirements and set priorities.
Partner with data scientists to define model logic and validation criteria.
Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency and adoption.
Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
