Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML or analytics-powered products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex operational workflows into buildable product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• 2+ years in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows, friction points, and opportunities for AI-driven decision support.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: writing requirements, setting priorities, and making scope tradeoffs with a clear eye on outcomes.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and the product rules that determine what the system recommends and why.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Define and track success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners.
