Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to drive discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will partner with claims processors, data scientists, engineers, and operations to shape the backlog, define success metrics, and deliver impact at scale.

You'll own end-to-end product requirements, run user research, and advocate for outcomes that improve efficiency and decision quality across a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management ownership from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering on AI/ML or analytics-powered products.
• 2+ years conducting user research and translating complex workflows into buildable product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex orgs with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years of Agile backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management.

Responsibilities

• Leading user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows and opportunities for AI-driven decision support.
• Owning the squad backlog and sprint delivery: writing requirements, setting priorities, and making scope tradeoffs with outcomes.
• Partnering with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules that determine what the system recommends.
• Driving cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Defining and tracking success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption.
• Representing product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners.
