Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will own the discovery, backlog, and sprint delivery, partnering with Data Scientists to define model logic and product rules.

You will drive cross-functional work across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and decision quality. The role requires strong communication, user research experience, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery to delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering to ship AI/ML analytics products.
• 2+ years conducting user research translating workflows into buildable requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex orgs with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership and sprint planning.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication to convey decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with claims processors and operations to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Own backlog and sprint delivery, write requirements, set priorities, manage scope.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and product rules for recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics for operational efficiency, decision quality, and adoption.
• Present product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
