The role emphasizes backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and clear communication of decisions to senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, with Agile experience and healthcare familiarity as assets.

Formación

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery to delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years conducting user research translating workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
• 2+ years in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication, presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product management for a focused delivery squad from discovery through launch.
• Own the squad backlog, write requirements, set priorities, manage scope for outcomes.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and validation criteria.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and user adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners.
