Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience leading discovery through delivery.
2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML or analytics-powered products.
2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable product requirements.
2+ years of cross-functional delivery in environments with multiple stakeholders.
2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management.
2+ years of verbal and written communication skills, presenting product decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows and opportunities for AI-driven support.
Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements, set priorities, manage scope for outcomes.
Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules.
Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, decision quality, and adoption.
Present product decisions to senior leadership and operations partners.
