Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will own the backlog, partner with Data Science, and drive outcomes across engineering, UX, and business teams.

You will define success metrics, guide requirements, and communicate decisions to senior partners, while advancing a high-visibility program with strong organizational support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML or analytics-powered products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in environments with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• 2+ years of Agile experience: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows and friction points.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements, set priorities, and tradeoffs for outcomes.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and product rules for system recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, decision quality, and adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners.
