CVS Health seeks a Product Manager to own the discovery and delivery roadmap for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will lead a focused delivery squad from discovery through launch, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, UX, and operations.

You’ll define success metrics tied to operational efficiency and user adoption, manage the backlog, and communicate decisions to senior leadership.

Formación

• 3 years of Product Management experience with ownership of a product from discovery through delivery.
• 2 years of experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI, ML, or analytics-powered products.
• 2 years of experience conducting user research and translating complex workflows into buildable product requirements.
• 2 years of experience leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizational environments with multiple stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2 years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end Product Manager for a focused delivery squad, accountable for discovery through launch.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: writing requirements, setting priorities, and scope tradeoffs.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules that determine system recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Define and track success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners.
