CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery to delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will partner with data science, engineering, and operations to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver AI-driven decision support with measurable impact.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product management and 2+ years working with data science teams in Agile environments.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery to delivery.
2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML products.
2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable requirements.
2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizations.
2+ years of Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
2+ years strong verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end Discovery through Launch for a focused AI platform delivery squad.
Lead user research with claims processors and operations to uncover workflows and friction points.
Own backlog, write requirements, and manage scope for outcomes.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to define model logic and product rules.
Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
Define and track metrics for efficiency, quality, and adoption.
