Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will partner with claims processors, operations, data scientists, and engineers to define requirements, prioritize work, and shape the product roadmap with a focus on measurable outcomes.

In this role you will own the backlog, drive cross-functional delivery in a matrixed environment, and define success metrics around efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years of user research translating workflows into requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
• 2+ years Agile experience: backlog ownership and sprint planning.
• 2+ years strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with claims processors to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Own squad backlog and sprint delivery with clear outcomes.
• Define model logic and product rules with Data Scientists.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define success metrics for efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Present decisions to senior leadership and partners.
