Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform within claims processing. You will partner with data scientists, claims processors, and engineers to translate complex workflows into actionable product requirements.

You'll own the squad backlog, drive experiments, and measure impact on operational efficiency and decision quality while communicating with senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams on AI/ML products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable requirements.
• 2+ years cross-functional delivery in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years Agile experience: backlog ownership and sprint planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research with claims processors to map workflows and AI opportunities.
• Own backlog and sprint delivery; write requirements and set priorities.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and stakeholders.
• Define and track metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Present product decisions to senior leadership and partners.
