Job summary

Accenture's Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice leads AI-driven enterprise transformation for the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.

The Workforce & Change Consultant supports workforce design and change management delivery across the pod, conducting stakeholder assessments, developing change materials, tracking adoption, and ensuring readiness for new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in consulting or industry context
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessment
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences
• Familiarity with change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
• Strong written and audience-appropriate communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's transformation workstreams
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness surveys
• Develop communications and adoption materials tailored to functional audiences
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to align change activities with training delivery
