Job summary

AllSpice is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth with outbound prospecting and qualification of engineering teams that fit our AI-first hardware collaboration platform. You will work with Enterprise Sales, build pipeline, and hand off quality leads to Account Executives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales development, a passion for hardware/engineering, and a comfort with AI tools to supercharge outreach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or similar role.
• Interest in hardware, engineering, or adjacent technical fields.
• Proactive, self-starting with strong communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Prospect engineering teams using AI-assisted outreach to build a strong pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities from marketing leads and targeted research.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and progress.
• Set up meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
