Job summary

Axion is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to join our Solutions team and drive high-impact delivery, adoption, and customer outcomes across engagements. You will own the workstreams that support AI implementations and ensure success from deployment through scale.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically proficient, and capable of communicating across business, product, and engineering stakeholders while managing multiple accounts and delivering scalable, hand-off-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success.
• Proven ability to own technical workstreams and manage client-facing projects independently.
• Strong technical acumen — comfortable building solutions, leading demos, and running user sessions.
• Experience working across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of producing scalable, hand-off-ready deliverables.
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where ownership is expected.

Responsibilities
