Job summary

Planhat in Boston seeks a forward-deployed operator who translates business goals into technical reality, structures ambiguity into actionable plans, and relentlessly delivers measurable outcomes for enterprise customers, earning trust from executives and teams across the org.

Experience with enterprise AI deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead customer engagements end to end, owning scope, timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
Be the trusted expert on customers' workflows, advising on how to best leverage Planhat.
Identify where AI and automation create value across a customer’s operations and design use cases.
Champion change management by guiding organizational adoption of new processes.
Consult strategically with customer executives, leaders, and technical teams to align deployments with business outcomes.
Partner with Product and Engineering to codify learnings into the platform and roadmaps.
Contribute to deployment methodology with templates, playbooks, and packaged offerings.
