Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Forward Deployment to drive end-to-end AI delivery in production. You will own domain architecture, lead scoping sessions with BU stakeholders, and mentor engineers co-deployed in the same domain.

The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership accountability, focusing on delivering measurable ROI and robust data integrations within a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 4-7+ years production engineering with hands-on LLM deployment and AI delivery.
• 7-10+ years in solutions engineering or forward deployment roles; strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical agenda for net-new agentic AI delivery within the BU domain.
• Design and deliver agentic AI solutions in live production with integrations and RAG pipelines.
• Lead data integration, data quality remediation, and domain-level architecture decisions.
• Mentor Engineers, perform code reviews, and support onboarding of new FDEs.
• Report on delivery progress, risks, and ROI outcomes to BU managers.
