OpenAI, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Manager, Builder to design and deliver technical enablement across our product suite.

You will lead live trainings, workshops, and adoption interventions for audiences from hands-on builders to executive leaders, helping customers translate OpenAI capabilities into real‑world impact. Based in San Francisco or New York with a hybrid schedule, relocation assistance is available; you will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product to tailor

Formación

• 4+ years in customer-facing or instructional roles engaging C-level and senior technical audiences in complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Deep technical depth across software engineering, APIs, and AI systems with production experience.
• Experience leading API bootcamps, workshops, or structured trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical enablement of OpenAI products, including OpenAI APIs, Codex, Agents, Evaluations and other platform capabilities, helping define effective enablement patterns that support adoption across customer segments.
• Lead customer training and enablement across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion, optimization, and long‑term adoption.
• Design and deliver high‑impact training engagements, including onboarding sessions, advanced capability trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands‑on workshops for audiences ranging from senior leaders to working teams.
• Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement and deployment programs designed for durable adoption at scale.
• Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to define an effective enablement plan tailored to each customer’s use case, goals, and technical needs.
• Partner closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads to drive adoption across our core product suite.
• Develop and refine reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices based on patterns observed across customers and regions.
• Gather customer feedback from training and enablement engagements, synthesize themes across accounts, and relay insights to internal stakeholders to inform product and program improvements.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designated product areas, building deep expertise, supporting internal enablement, identifying emerging customer use cases for new product surfaces, and aggregating customer feedback to inform product development.
