OpenAI is seeking an AI Deployment Manager, Builder to lead technical enablement for our product suite. Based in San Francisco or New York, you will design and deliver learning experiences covering OpenAI APIs, Codex, and agentic systems, partnering with engineers, security, and executives.

This role blends instructional design with hands-on customer advisory. You will drive live trainings, workshops, and adoption interventions for senior leaders to hands-on builders, accelerating production use

Formación

• 4+ years in customer-facing or instructional roles in large enterprises.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to senior audiences.
• Strong technical depth across software engineering, APIs, and AI systems.
• Proven experience leading structured technical trainings (bootcamps, workshops, enablement sessions).
• Ability to map technical capabilities to concrete business outcomes (productivity, cost, risk).
• Humility and eagerness to help others, with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable handling live Q&A and dynamic inquiries with stakeholders.
• Commitment to safe and ethical evolution of AI.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical enablement of OpenAI products including APIs, Codex, and related platforms.
• Lead trainings across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and adoption.
• Design and deliver high-impact training engagements for diverse audiences.
• Drive customer activation and measurable business value through structured programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product to tailor enablement plans.
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product and program improvements.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas and identify new use cases.
