Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer-facing enablement or instructional experience.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business value.
• Experience designing learning journeys and running live sessions.

Responsibilities

• Own OpenAI product enablement and adoption patterns across enterprise teams.
• Lead workshops, executive briefings, and hands-on sessions for varied audiences.
• Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads on adoption.
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
• Capture feedback and inform product and program improvements.
• Guide customers from onboarding through expansion and long-term adoption.
• Ensure responsible AI considerations are embedded in enablement efforts.
