Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to deliver high-impact enablement and adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You will design adoption interventions for audiences from business users to technical practitioners and executives.

The role blends product fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory, leading live workshops, services, and training programs to accelerate activation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles.
• Experience engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills translating AI capabilities into practical value.
• Solid product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the OpenAI ecosystem.
• Experience leading workshops and enablement programs; design learning journeys and live sessions.
• Ability to translate customer patterns into scalable adoption strategies.
• Comfortable in live customer environments; adapt quickly to new information and questions.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas; gather customer feedback for product improvements.
• Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements: onboarding sessions, advanced capability trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops.
• Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption across core product suite.
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices based on patterns observed across customers.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to inform product/program improvements.
