OpenAI, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Manager in a hybrid model based in San Francisco or New York. You will design and deliver enablement experiences that drive durable adoption and measurable business value across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, to support adoption across enterprise teams.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas, building expertise and gathering customer feedback.
• Lead customer enablement across the full lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements including onboarding, advanced trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and workshops.
• Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption across core products.
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices from patterns across customers and regions.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to inform product and program improvements.
