Qualifications

• BS in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical program management / customer success in cloud AI.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer relationships to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Define technical requirements for AI/ML workloads with customers and partners.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution with risk and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and sales to align objectives.
