CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and define critical technical requirements for AI workloads. You will oversee complex programs, coordinate with engineering, product, and operations, and influence product direction based on customer feedback.

The role emphasizes collaboration across data centers, hardware, and customer workloads to ensure reliable, high-performance cloud experiences for AI teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical program management, customer success, or services for cloud infra/AI apps.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders; proven multi-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer relationships to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Define technical requirements with customers to meet AI/ML needs.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution with risk and resource management.
• Gather feedback to influence product direction and roadmap.
