Job summary

CoreWeave is the essential cloud for AI, seeking a Technical Program Manager for its CPU Compute platform in New York. You will lead cross-functional programs translating product strategy into scalable, reliable infrastructure for high-throughput CPU clusters in large AI environments.

You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and security to align priorities, drive performance initiatives, and implement scalable Agile processes to improve delivery predictability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure as a service (IaaS).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program management for critical cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks.
• Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and security teams to align priorities and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing risks.
• Facilitate and influence technical discussions to align with long-term infrastructure goals.
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program delivery.
• Champion best practices for project and program management, including Agile.
• Strategically automate and improve day-to-day operations and processes.
• Drive long-term infrastructure roadmaps in collaboration with leadership and customer needs.
