Job summary

Provectus is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This hunter-oriented role focuses on building pipeline, generating opportunities, and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects across North America.

You’ll work with leadership, operate autonomously, and travel about 30% of the time to client sites and events, selling services and solutions in AI, data, and technology partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience selling technology services and negotiating with clients.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
• Autonomous, proactive and results-driven with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social)
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations
• Partner with Sales leadership to close deals
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 30% of the time)
