Provectus, a leading AI consultancy, is seeking a Business Development Manager in the United States to expand market presence. This hunter-oriented role emphasizes building a robust pipeline, engaging mid-market and enterprise prospects, and autonomously driving opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or BDM within consulting or services-led settings, with demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and close deals. Travel to client sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel 30% of the time).
