Future Secure AI is seeking an experienced AI Build Lead to champion the voice of the customer and own end-to-end delivery of complex AI initiatives, from scoping through post-delivery. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and quality specialists to ensure high-impact results are delivered on time and on spec.

This role blends deep product management with technical fluency, driving ROI, and aligning customer expectations across a rapidly growing AI delivery organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a delivery-focused role in technology or AI.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data schemas.
• Experience leading cross-functional AI projects with ROI focus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, owning the specifications, design, and delivery outcomes across the full lifecycle.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys, define and scope Use Cases, manage scope change, and drive customer alignment throughout.
• Own the as-is process documentation during initial discovery and lead scoping workshops, translating customer needs into a well-defined AI solution design.
• Lead agile ceremonies and sprint activities, including writing user stories, tracking scope, and removing blockers.
• Coordinate UAT end-to-end and manage Go/No Go decisions with the customer.
