The role requires coaching teams, challenging assumptions, and mitigating risks like data leakage and bias, while ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership of AI/analytics initiatives from concept to production adoption.
• Establish governance, quality controls, and evaluation frameworks for AI solutions.
• Coach teams on problem framing, experimentation, and value measurement.
• Identify and mitigate AI risks including data leakage, bias, and overfitting.
• Ability to connect technical work to operational and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives from problem definition through adoption and value realization.
• Establish and enforce AI delivery standards across the organization.
• Create repeatable delivery practices for framing, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, adoption, and value measurement.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with business priorities and operational outcomes.
• Define acceptance criteria for AI solutions before deployment.
• Create review processes that improve confidence in AI outcomes.
