Job summary

BOI is seeking a senior technical leader to own architectural quality across client AI builds, spanning Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. You will defend build decisions to client CTOs, ensure security and data governance, and build reusable components to accelerate future engagements.

You will lead security, compliance, and procurement reviews, and work closely with executives to translate complex tech choices into business value. You will mentor a growing engineering team across the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI systems to production at enterprise scale with data governance and security.
• Led engineering in consultancy/project-based settings with changing requirements.
• Able to build and scale teams and systems, making decisions with incomplete information.
• Able to explain technical choices to non-technical executives clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture standards for client builds across clouds and models.
• Lead client security, compliance, and procurement reviews for client environments.
• Sit with client CTOs/CIOs to discuss cost, risk and value of technical choices.
• Turn builds into reusable IP and case studies to accelerate future engagements.
• Grow and coach the engineering team across US and Europe.
