Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Lead to drive AI Co-Worker projects from discovery through deployment. You will translate customer needs into scoped solutions, design the logic and UX, and serve as the main client contact while coordinating analysts, data science, engineering, QA, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience including 5+ years in Product Management or Consulting; product management experience highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in working and leading via the agile methodology.
• Proven experience in managing customers at senior and executive levels.
• The ability to move from strategic ambiguity to executable plan.
• Confidence leading cross-functional teams and operating at a senior level.
• A strong bias toward ownership, delivery, and outcomes over recommendations.
• Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics is highly valued. Hands-on technical development is not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive clarity from ambiguity, synthesize complex data and articulate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into scoped AI Co-Worker solutions.
• Design the AI Co-Worker's logic and user experience in collaboration with our Delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the build and deployment phases.
• Align cross-functional teams, including analysts, data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, to keep builds on track.
• Own the quality of deliverables and the overall customer experience from discovery through production.
