Job summary

Future Secure AI in New York is hiring an exceptional AI Build Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects. You’ll partner with engineers, data scientists, and quality specialists to drive customer alignment, ROI clarity, and on-time results in a fast-growing AI delivery environment.

This role requires 8+ years in delivery-focused roles in AI, strong knowledge of APIs, and proven agile leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BA, tech consulting, product owner/manager or delivery-focused roles in AI
• Familiar with APIs and data schemas; able to converse credibly with engineers
• Proven track record delivering complex AI projects in cross-functional teams
• Strong agile ceremony leadership and backlog management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for project delivery across the full lifecycle
• Map end-to-end customer journeys; define Use Cases and manage scope changes
• Lead scoping workshops and translate needs into an AI solution design
• Identify delivery risks and budget impacts; communicate with stakeholders
• Analyze data, processes, workflows to support decisions and risk management
• Collaborate with Engineering on design, API readiness and non-functional requirements
• Lead agile ceremonies and sprints; write user stories and remove blockers
• Plan lo-fi demos and manage customer expectations
• Coordinate UAT end-to-end and Go/No Go decisions with customer
• Manage portfolio of complex use cases across industries
• Lead weekly customer-facing status cadences
• Translate requirements into a project plan and roadmap
• Provide use-case context to Engagement Leads
• Join customer meetings to validate requirements
