Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical direction for its AI Agent Cloud offerings and to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers across North America.

You will lead technical sales calls, gather feedback, and help shape the go-to-market strategy while working closely with product, marketing, and partners to ensure solutions meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in an AI environment.
• Preference for experience with observability and governance technologies.
• Energetic, hands-on, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Rubrik's AI Agent Cloud offerings.
• Serve as trusted technology advisor on Rubrik cloud capabilities to key accounts.
• Lead technical sales calls, gather customer feedback, identify trends.
• Qualify opportunities based on technical requirements, competition, decision making and funding.
• Coordinate with product management to align roadmap with customer demands.
• Assist in development of marketing and sales collateral for technical accuracy.
• Deliver technical enablement to Rubrik, channel and alliance partner sales architects.
• Drive adoption of Rubrik Agent Cloud across Rubrik's agentic AI ecosystem.
