Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to join RubrikX as a Go To Market Tech Lead. You will drive technical direction and pre-sales activities for AI governance and security solutions across North America.

The role requires a strong background in AI technologies, LLMs, and agentic systems, with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams to win major accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in an AI environment.
• Experience with observability and/or governance technologies is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of large language models, agentic AI, and agent builders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage CXO-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to Rubrik, customers, and prospects on AI Agent Cloud offerings.
• Act as trusted tech advisor, positioning Rubrik's cloud capabilities to key accounts.
• Lead technical sales calls, collect feedback, and identify trends.
• Qualify opportunities based on customer tech requirements, competition, and funding.
