Rubrik is seeking Sales Engineers with deep AI knowledge to guide our agentic cloud offerings and support our RubrikX incubation efforts. You will lead technical discussions with enterprise and major accounts across North America, translating complex product capabilities into value.

This role emphasizes collaboration with GTM teams, delivers pre-sales enablement, and drives the adoption of agentic AI governance and security platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in an AI environment.
• Strong knowledge of large language models and agentic AI concepts.
• Experience with observability or governance technologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and direction during pre-sales cycles.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers and key accounts.
• Lead technical sales calls and analyze customer feedback for trends.
• Qualify opportunities based on technical requirements and decision processes.
• Collaborate with product management to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Support development of marketing and sales collateral with technical accuracy.
• Deliver technical enablement to Rubrik sales teams and partners.
• Promote adoption of Rubrik Agent Cloud across customers and partners.
