Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking an Agent Strategist who will shape how AI agents are built and deployed, guiding projects from pilot to production and handling high‑volume conversations. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, turning complex problems into practical agent solutions.

You will partner with executives, design sessions, and drive the AI strategy that delivers measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and align AI strategy with business goals.
• Partner with the customer’s teams daily, run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track for launch.
• Directly influence product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work to research and platform.
