Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to shape how our AI agents scale for enterprise customers. You’ll own the agent development lifecycle from design to production, translating business goals into high-performing conversations.

Work directly with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and influence product direction while building trusted relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer obsession with customers—understanding their business needs and driving outcomes.
• Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical thinking.
• Comfort engaging with technical concepts, data models, and system architecture.
• Ownership: running multiple high-visibility projects and delivering outcomes.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production with relevant tooling.
• Founding experience or operator background balancing craft, ownership, speed.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Math or MBA or equivalent experience at tech-business intersection.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production and continuous improvement.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Partner with customer teams daily, running sessions and keeping builds on track.
• Directly influence product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work and feeding them back.
