Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to own Sierra's AI agents from initial concept through production. You will bridge product, engineering, and customer-facing work to design agents that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with executives, run workshops, and ensure a smooth path from pilot to scale. A strong track record in complex, high-visibility projects and a passion for AI are essential.

Qualifications

• Communication: Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity: Analytical thinking to break down complex problems and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Partner with customer teams day-to-day, run sessions, troubleshoot, and keep projects on track.
• Directly impact product by surfacing needs and feeding them to research and platform teams.
