Job summary

Sierra, the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, is seeking an Agent Strategist to bring Sierra’s agents to life for our customers. You will own the development lifecycle from pilot to production, translating business goals into high-performing agents and coordinating across product, research, and engineering.

You’ll partner with enterprise teams, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and shape the AI strategy to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer obsession and ability to engage with executives.
• Clear, persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude for API docs, data models and system architecture.
• Ownership of multiple high-visibility projects delivering outcomes.

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders.
• Partner with customer teams daily; run sessions and troubleshoot.
• Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs.
