Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to drive the life cycle of AI agents from initial scope to production. You will partner with enterprise leaders, translate business goals into measurable agent outcomes, and collaborate with customer teams to keep projects on track.

You’ll influence product direction with frontline insights and own delivery in high-visibility engagements. Ideal candidates bring customer obsession, strategic problem-solving, and comfort with technical discussions around data

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scoping to production launch.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Lead day-to-day collaboration with the customer’s teams and troubleshoot issues.
• Feed customer insights back to product and research to guide Sierra’s roadmap.
