Sierra is hiring for an Agent Strategist to partner with product managers and engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily. You will combine product strategy, conversational design, and customer insights to deliver high-quality agents.
Be a trusted advisor to customers, drive their AI strategies, and lead multiple complex projects through the full agent development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development, product management and engineering principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.
- Experience turning vision into practical agent products and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to customers and drive their AI strategies.
- Build and refine conversational AI agents from concept to delivery.
- Lead multiple high-visibility agent development projects.
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders through full product lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly across stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide data-driven insights to customers and internal teams.
