Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to orchestrate the life cycle of AI agents for customers, from pilot to production scale. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, agents, and customer work, translating business goals into high-performing agent experiences.

This role centers on trusted advisory for enterprise leaders and hands-on delivery with customer teams. You’ll shape AI strategy, partner with product and research, and own delivery across multiple high-stakes projects.

• Experience delivering multiple high-visibility projects on tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scoping to production.
• Advise executives on AI strategy and outcomes for customers.
• Run sessions with customer teams and keep projects on track for launch.
• Influence product direction by surfacing customer needs to research and platform teams.
