Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is hiring an Agent Strategist to own how our AI agents come to life for customers—from pilot to production—bridging product, engineering, and customer success. You will translate business goals into high-performing agents and drive continuous iteration in production.

You’ll design the agent lifecycle, advise executives on AI strategy, and run sessions with customer teams to keep projects on track for launch.
