As an Agent Strategist in a primarily in-person team based in San Francisco, you will own the end-to-end development of AI agents for large enterprise clients and partner with executives to shape strategy and delivery.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to design, deploy, and optimize conversational agents, ensuring a measurable impact on client outcomes

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to translate business goals into agent design and production.
• Experience designing scalable AI agent solutions with an emphasis on customer outcomes.
• Comfort interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production rollout and iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Partner with the customer’s teams daily, running sessions and resolving issues to stay on track.
• Directly impact Sierra's product by surfacing needs from customer work for research and platform alignment.
