We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion within a book of named accounts, with a focus on guiding customers through AI Transformation and demonstrating measurable ROI.

Qualificações

• Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to understand business problems and map workflows.
• Technical fluency and ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
• Commercial awareness and ability to partner on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
• Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion pipeline.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts.
• Define mutual success plans and guide customers through AI Transformation with ROI reviews.
• Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations and ensure value delivered.
