Job summary

Notion seeks an Outcomes Architect in Paris to own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for named accounts, with a focus on at-risk or flat-growth customers. You’ll partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy, expansion qualification, and customer success planning to drive measurable value and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Experience driving adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Technical fluency and ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in the room.
• Commercial awareness and ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills across a book of accounts; manage success plans and timelines.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems with urgency and customer empathy.
• Passion for AI and willingness to learn new tools and ways of working.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, expanding Notion usage and boosting retention.
• Partner with Solutions Consultant on account strategy for expansion and renewal including renewal ownership for at-risk customers.
• Shape customer outcomes and strengthen executive partnerships to support predictable revenue through retention and expansion.
• Design and deploy workflows that translate goals into durable systems within Notion.
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through collaboration with sales.
• Co-define and manage customer success plans to help customers achieve objectives and value.
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to become the best build-beside partner for customers.
• Iterate on Outcomes Architect programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn.
