Job summary

Notion is reimagining enterprise software sales, and the Solutions Consultant role sits at the heart of the model. You’ll own the customer journey from first meeting through renewal, building live workflow designs in Notion and translating them into commercial outcomes.

You’ll lead multi-stakeholder discussions, plan adoption, and partner with Outcomes Architects to drive ongoing expansion while maintaining a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Technical fluency and comfort building live in software—you can demo, co-design and troubleshoot in front of a customer.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts, with the ability to map customer workflows and translate them into commercial outcomes and adoption plans.
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
• You can own the room - operate with agency and urgency to bring new ideas and workflows to customers.
• You’re obsessed with AI, constantly building with the newest tools and learning new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal—as the single account owner for your book of business.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: the discovery is the demo, not the slide deck.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own the outbound motion for your book.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects.
• Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion strategies, and renewal execution.
