Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from discovery to renewal for enterprise customers. You’ll design live workflow solutions with customers, co-build in Notion, and navigate multi-stakeholder cycles across procurement, legal, and security to close deals.

You’ll work with AI-enabled productivity and collaborate across teams, owning accounts end-to-end while delivering adoption plans and expansion.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of customers.
Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map workflows to outcomes.
Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
You can own the room with agency and urgency to bring new ideas and workflows to customers.
You’re obsessed with AI and eager to use it as a collaborator.

Responsibilities

Own the full customer lifecycle—from new logo to renewal—with account ownership and credits-to-consumption accountability.
Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; discovery is the demo and co-builds in Notion.
Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motions with priority stakeholders.
Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
Guide early implementation with adoption plans and handoffs to Outcomes Architects for expansion.
Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion, and renewal execution.
