• 8–15+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying enterprise software sales.
• Ability to demo, design, and troubleshoot live in front of a customer.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map customer workflows to outcomes.
• Experience coordinating procurement, legal, and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from first meeting to renewal for a book of business.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers in Notion.
• Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, and security reviews.
• Guide customers through early implementation with adoption plans.
