WRITER is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to own activation and platform success across a diverse customer portfolio. You’ll embed with client teams, translate objectives into measurable outcomes, and drive adoption through tailored strategies, workshops, and champion networks.

The role emphasizes building scalable enablement programs, educating customers, and collaborating across teams to continuously improve solutions and outcomes.

Competenze

• 9+ years of activation ownership and driving adoption outcomes.
• Ability to map customer use cases to workflows and business objectives.
• Experience designing activation strategies including dashboards and workshops.
• Experience building advocate and power-user communities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and advisory mindset.
